Medicines
Yan Farm Health, as a member of XL Vets, works closely with all our suppliers to ensure our clients have access to a supply of veterinary medicines at competitive prices.
We work proactively with our clients to implement disease prevention strategies, evidence-based treatment protocols, and provide appropriate training to ensure that when medicines are required they are used responsibly, effectively, and safely.
Just as importantly we regularly review these strategies and protocols to ensure they are effective and up to date with the ultimate aim of reducing medicine usage on farm.
Ordering
Clients can order medicines during office hours
(8.15 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday).
Whilst we have a fully stocked dispensary on site, we require 24 hours’ notice for vaccine or larger orders.
Delivery
We offer a regular delivery service depending on demand.

Prescriptions
Written prescriptions are available on request. These can only be issued for animals under our care. There is a charge for providing prescriptions determined on a case by case basis.
